(SDI) was founded in 2002 by a small group of recognized professionals with diverse skill-sets and abilities in active lifestyle real estate development, investment and construction. Its affiliate, DM Constructors, Inc., is a 14-year old general contractor specializing in commercial, industrial and military construction. Through its established relationships with developers and investors, Southcorp currently has either signed or is negotiating construction contracts in excess of $257,200,000. It currently has real estate under development in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia with a retail value in excess of a $ billion dollars. We are developing communities that will grow Southcorp and its affiliates exponentially.
